The story of us
Our journey began in 2015 when our paths crossed in a bar located in upstate NY, setting the stage for a love story that would span over cities, lakes, and far-off destinations. In 2017, we embarked on a new chapter, making Wilmington, NC, our first home base in the south. The coastal charm ignited our passion for exploration, laying the foundation for the adventures that would follow.
In 2018, we decided to buy a house on Lake Norman, NC to accomplish a life long dream of living lakeside. While Chris has a passion for boating and wake surfing, Chelsea happy anywhere outside so long as it's warm and not overnight. Our love story reached new heights when Chris popped the question in the idyllic setting of Saint Lucia in 2019. The magic continued as we exchanged vows in the scenic landscapes of Vermont in 2021, surrounded by the love of family and friends.
Fueling our shared passion for travel, we find delight in exploring both new horizons and revisiting cherished locations. Chelsea loves curating the perfect itinerary for every place by unearthing hidden gems as well as the traditional must-visit spots in every destination. Finding incredible lodgings is her forte, ensuring each journey is accompanied by comfort and charm. Chris remains to constantly be named instagram husband of the year by following direction with excitement to capture moments throughout every travel.
